Setting Up Monitoring via WhatsApp
When Walio notifies you about a new post or story, you can set up full monitoring right from the WhatsApp chat. The wizard walks you through everything — no need to open a browser.
The Monitoring Wizard

Tap "Monitorear" on the notification
When you receive a notification about new content, tap the Monitorear button to start the wizard. Walio will guide you through each step in the conversation.

Choose your trigger type
Decide how comments should trigger your automation. You can respond to any comment or only comments that contain specific keywords.

Enter keywords (if keyword mode)
If you chose keyword triggers, type the words you want Walio to watch for. Separate each keyword with a comma. Keywords are case-insensitive and detected even within longer words.

Write your auto-reply message
Compose the public comment reply that Walio will post when a comment matches your trigger. Keep it friendly, natural, and include a call to action like "Check your DMs!"

Choose your DM strategy
This is where you decide what happens after the public reply. Pick how (or if) Walio should follow up via direct message.

Review and activate
Walio shows you a summary of everything you configured — trigger type, keywords, reply message, and DM strategy. Confirm to activate monitoring. Walio starts watching immediately.

Keyword Best Practices
Get the most out of keywords
Use short, specific keywords that your audience naturally uses. Words like "price", "info", or "link" work great. Avoid overly broad terms that match everything. Start with 3-5 keywords and adjust based on the leads you capture.
After Activation
Walio takes it from here
Once monitoring is active, Walio watches the post for matching comments around the clock. When leads are captured, they flow directly into your Radar where you can review their information, qualification score, and take action.
