1.What information we collect
- •Your Instagram Business account information (username, account ID)
- •Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp access tokens to access the Meta API
- •Posts you choose to monitor and configured keywords
- •Comments and direct messages processed by your agent
- •Agent responses sent through your account
- •Metadata such as usage date and time, agent settings
- •We do not request passwords or access information outside authorized permissions
2.How we use your information
- •To monitor comments on your posts according to your settings
- •To enable your agent to respond based on keywords you define
- •To enable your agent to send direct messages (DMs) according to your rules
- •To generate statistics and performance analytics of your agent
- •To improve the service using anonymized and aggregated data
- •To display Instagram/Facebook Insights metrics (reach, engagement, likes)
3.Data sharing
- •We do not sell your personal data
- •We do not share the content of your messages or comments with third parties
- •We use the official Meta API (Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp) under their terms of service
- •We may share anonymized and aggregated information for analytics (never linked to you)
- •We work with infrastructure providers (cloud servers) under confidentiality agreements
4.Your rights
- •You can disconnect your accounts at any time from settings
- •You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time
- •You can pause or stop your agent whenever you wish
- •When disconnecting your account, your access tokens are immediately deleted
5.Storage and security
- •Your information is securely stored on encrypted cloud servers
- •Access tokens are handled securely and never shared
- •We retain your data while your account remains active, unless you request deletion
- •We comply with Meta Platform privacy and security policies
